3D Art

This section presents a selection of 3D modeling projects developed both independently and during my time at Magicbox Toys. Tools & Workflow: Maya for modeling and UVs; ZBrush for sculpting and detailing; Substance Painter for texturing.

Kookyloos
Over a three-year period, I worked with Magicbox Toys on the Kookyloos project. My responsibilities included 3D modeling for the dolls' clothing and accessories, pets and playsets, optimized both for 3D printing and production and for animation and rendering for marketing purposes; cloth designing for the dolls released in three years, and rendering for marketing and packaging purposes. I worked on setting the 3D pipeline used for all of the above, managing the 3D assets used on the project, on creating dynamic and realistic lighting setups for our renders and on setting the bases for the 3D render style used. For that, I mostly used ZBrush, 3ds Max, Marvelous Designer, and Keyshot, adjusting the pipeline to the team needs and optimizing it to guarantee the used softwares' optimal interaction.
Baby Cool
While working on Babycool, I was in charge of 3D modeling, cloth modeling and simulation, as well as rendering and postproduction. My role involved creating the 3D assets for accessories and clothing with a focus on fabric dynamics, using software such as ZBrush, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Marvelous Designer, and Keyshot to ensure the models were production-ready and to create high-quality and appealing images for marketing and packaging purposes.
